CYFS data collection tools are now available!!

CYFS data collection tools are now available under 'data collection' on the EIPP page of Community Services website: http://www.community.nsw.gov.au/for_agencies_that_work_with_us/early_intervention_services/early_intervention_placement_prevention.html

If you have technical difficulties using the tools, or questions about the program please refer them to section “1.6 Further assistance regarding the data collection tools and process” in the User Guide. Here you will find a range of contact details depending on the issue/s they have encountered.
